The Brickyard Run is in its 39th year.\u00a0 This year our race will be located at Hobart Middle School 36 E 8th St, Hobart, IN 46342.<\/h4>\n

Our 5 Mile Run is a Calumet Region Striders Gold Cup Race for ages 15+ and our 5K is a Calumet Region Striders Gold Cup Race for ages 14 and under.\u00a0\u00a0Join us for our annual race course and\u00a0\u00a0compete for the legendary \u201cbrick\u201d awards.<\/h4>\n

The\u00a0Brickyard\u00a0Run\u00a0is\u00a0in\u00a0its\u00a039th\u00a0year.\u00a0\u00a0Our\u00a05\u00a0Mile\u00a0Run\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0Calumet\u00a0Region\u00a0Striders\u00a0Gold\u00a0Cup\u00a0Race\u00a0for\u00a0ages\u00a015+\u00a0and\u00a0our\u00a05K\u00a0is\u00a0a\u00a0Calumet\u00a0Region\u00a0Striders\u00a0Gold\u00a0Cup\u00a0Race\u00a0for\u00a0ages\u00a014\u00a0and\u00a0under.\u00a0\u00a0Join\u00a0us\u00a0for\u00a0our\u00a0annual\u00a0race\u00a0courses\u00a0and\u00a0\u00a0compete\u00a0for\u00a0the\u00a0legendary\u00a0\u201cbrick\u201d\u00a0awards.<\/p>\n

\n0-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over, Masters Division (40 & over), Clydesdale(210+), Athena(170+).\u00a0\u00a0AWARDS: Trademark \u201cBricks\u201d will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age group; Male and Female \u201cMasters\u201d will receive a Brick Award; Overall Male and Female winners in each race will receive a Brick Award. Athena and Clydesdale participates will also receive bricks.<\/p>\n

RACE\u00a0ROUTE<\/p>\n

This year our race will be located at Hobart Middle School 36 E 8th St, Hobart, IN 46342.<\/p>\n

Start on 8th Street heading East, turn left on Lake Street, turn left on 7th Street,\u00a0\u00a0turn left on Water Street and take a slight right to the Oak Savannah Trail, out and back on Oak Savannah Trail and finish on Lake Park Ave at Kate Corgan Field. Both the 5K & 5 Mile race will begin and end at the same points; the 5K and 5 Mile run do have different distance turn around points on the Oak Savannah Trail.<\/p>\n
